Executive Summary The calendar supplied no opening auction, allocation rotation or aftermarket tape from which to measure institutional demand. This is a quiet interval, not affirmative evidence that the issuance window has strengthened. The consequential development was a sharp pickup in filing activity. Oura, Accelevation Holdings, SB Energy and Wella Company publicly filed, while Syntiant and Cumberland Farms refreshed their registration statements.
